Andrea received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and has just completed her Master’s of Education program, with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis and is currently accruing supervised fieldwork hours towards a BCBA certification.

She is a behavioral assistant with over 7 years of experience working with children in school and clinical settings and over 4 years of experience working with children and young adults diagnosed with ASD, as well of other developmental delays, in various school, clinic and home settings, both in Canada and the United States, and alongside several amazing directors, BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other paraprofessionals. She has extensive experience working with pre- and non-verbal children and young adults, managing maladaptive behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors, and helping children and young adults develop strong social skills.
