Thais Tahor began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2011, having the opportunity to intern at The Center for Autism and Related Disabilities with Dr.Terri Daly. For two years she assisted children and adults with ASD in school and home settings, while attending the University of Central Florida. In the Spring of 2013 she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with high honors. She then further pursued her career in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis by making it the focus of her Master’s Degree in Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. In the Fall of 2015, she received her Graduate Degree with the highest honors, having earned a 4.0 GPA while also participating as an active member of PSI CHI, The International Honor Society, and The Psych Society. These organizations instilled fundamental values during her years of study by adding to her knowledge and skills in the field of psychology. Thais is now a passionate and dedicated therapist, devoted to working with children, with over 4 years of experience in the field. She is a vibrant and essential part of the PBS team devoted to making a difference in the children’s and parents’ lives.
