Amanda received her Associate of Arts at Penn Foster College, majoring in Early Childhood Education. She then received her Florida Department of Children & Family childcare license. In 2020, she completed her Registered Behavior Technician certificate. Amanda has 10 years of experience working with UCP, now known as United Community Options, where she provided care and officiate IEP in a group home and school setting. Three of those years she worked with Broward County Public School as well, at Bright Horizons as a Teacher Assistant-ESE and Panacea Prep Charter School as a ESOL/Intervention Specialist. She is currently pursuing her Director License through the Department of Children & Family, she has goals to open up her own learning center in the near future.
