Diandra Tigner is a Deerfield Beach, Florida native. Due to her passion for children, she decided to join the School Board of Broward County as a substitute teacher. While working as a substitute teacher, she decided to expand her horizons and began working with children with Autism, which she thoroughly enjoyed and found fulfilling. As a result, she decided to work full-time assisting children with Autism. Over the years, other teachers began to see her passion and she became a “preferred substitute”, which is a substitute that teachers prefer to call when they are unable to attend their classes. This recognition further prompted her to pursue a career in the ABA field, and she is excited about advancing in the area.
