Eliana Velasquez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2009. She graduated from Florida State University with her Master’s in Psychology with a concentration in applied behavior analysis (ABA). She began working as a therapist with young children with autism and fell in love with the field of ABA. Subsequently she pursued her Master’s degree where she obtained experience working with children on the spectrum in various schools. Upon graduation she began working with adults in group homes with severe problem behaviors. She later became the director of a center for children with autism where she had the opportunity to supervise and train therapists on the implementation of the procedures of behavior analysis. Eliana is fluent in English and Spanish and has had the opportunity to train therapists in Latin America and the Caribbean. Eliana is extremely passionate and committed to the positive outcome that ABA can have on families.
