Gladys has worked in the field of behavior analysis since 2011. She graduated from Florida International University (FIU) in December 2013 with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. While at FIU, she worked in the Behavior Analysis Autism Research Lab and participated in the Summer Treatment Program, both directed by Dr. Anibal Gutierrez, BCBA-D. After graduating, she worked as a Behavior Therapist until 2015 when she became a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. She continues to implement behavior therapy, administer assessments, coordinate social skills groups and implement ABA in early intensive settings. Gladys is interested in continuing her education at Arizona State University by completing a master’s degree in education with an emphasis in ABA (Graduating Fall 2018).
