Kaitlyn is a Registered Behavior Technician who discovered the field of ABA while working in an intensive behavior classroom. Kaitlyn has worked with children on the autism spectrum, down syndrome, and emotional disorders. Kaitlyn has worked with challenging behaviors in the classroom setting as well as during her time as a caregiver for at risk youth. She is dedicated to continuing her education in ABA and is passionate about the communication abilities this research-based field offers to families and children. Kaitlyn is passionate about being a part of the positive life change in individuals. In her spare time, she is studying for undergraduate degree, blogging, and participating in outdoor activities with her family.
