Stephanie received her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where she majored in Psychology and Spanish. Stephanie has been working in the ABA field since 2017 and has 10 years of experience working with children and adolescents. She’s worked in community, school, home and residential settings. Prior to working in ABA Stephanie had the opportunity to work as a language assistant in Spain teaching English as a second language. She later worked for a mental health agency as a Therapeutic Mentor and Administrator. Most recently she was working in a residential setting with children, adolescents and adults who have been diagnosed with ASD and/or acquired brain injuries. As a Residential counselor Stephanie was responsible for teaching her student’s functional living skills, socialization skills, recreational and leisure skills, as well as functional communication skills. Stephanie also assisted in developing and implementing teaching plans in the residence. Upon transitioning to Florida she has joined the wonderful Progressive team and looks forward to making amazing connections with her kiddos and their family!
