Teddie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She obtained her bachelors from Florida International University in psychology. Soon after she pursued and completed her masters at Nova Southeastern University in Special Education with an emphasis in teaching young learner with autism, along with completing her behavior certification courses through Florida Institute of technology. She began her career working at South Florida Autism Charter School in 2011, where she was exposed to the fundamental of ABA and how behavior change is applied and managed through ABA concepts. She continued to work within the autism community by becoming a para-behavioral professional, with the responsibility of helping mainstream children with ASD into a regular ed classrooms. She started working with Progressive Behavioral Science in August 2014 as a behavioral technician. Since then she has completed her coursework and exam to earn the title of Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. She is very passionate about her work and will dedicate her time to help each and every client reach his or her full potential.
